Based on our conversation and your form responses, we’ll create a customized coaching plan designed specifically for you. Whether your focus is strength, hypertrophy or a combination, your plan will reflect your lifestyle, preferences, and goals—ensuring it’s both effective and sustainable.

4. Ongoing Support & Feedback
